Shipping Information-General
At this time, All Designer Pet Products ships merchandise - via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or USPS - within the 48 contiguous States in the USA only. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada or International Orders please email us at info@alldesignerpetproducts.com for Shipping and Handling charges BEFORE you place an order. Let us know of the product(s) you are interested in and we will provide you with the shipping options available to you and the relevant costs. When placing an order, we ask that our customers please provide us with shipping addresses that accept UPS or FedEx shipments and not P.O.Box numbers. If you or someone else will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest that you have your package shipped to your office or any other location where someone can sign on your behalf for your package. Please understand that All Designer Pet Products cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages left at your door or delivered without a signature. Please note that we have several divisions across the United States and some items ordered together, may not be shipped together and that your order may arrive in a number of separate packages via UPS, FedEx and/or the US Postal Service. Some items that are sent directly from our suppliers, and oversized items may take additional time for delivery. We also cannot expedite custom orders. So, please allow extra time for delivery on all items, especially during the holiday season. Some oversized items may also be subject to additional shipping charges. We will notify you of any additional charges and obtain your prior approval before we charge your account.
Return Policy-General
We want you to be happy with your purchases at All Designer Pet Products and strive to bring you the best in pet products. However, if we fail to meet your expectations, you may simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit (please see exceptions for shipping/returns of specific products, each listed separately below). Each exchange will incur a restocking fee of 15%. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized or special custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges. If a product you received is defective, we will replace it upon receiving the defective item that is shipped back to us. ALL defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. For all returns, you must email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at returns@alldesignerpetproducts.com. Please specify the problem you have encountered with the product. An RMA must be obtained before returning any items. Please include in the email your name, your order number, invoice number (if indicated on your invoice), the size and name of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. You will be responsible for return shipping expenses, unless otherwise noted. As a reminder, shipping charges are not refundable. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and an exchange or store credit will not be issued. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email returns@alldesignerpetproducts.com for a replacement shipment. If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, insufficient address, unknown address, cancelled or refused, we will charge you shipping and handling fees plus a 30% restocking fee. All orders that need to be reshipped at the request of the customer will be charged additional reshipping costs. So be sure and give us a good address! Please note that we cannot honor exchanges and do not issue refunds for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 14 days, that has been used, or is not in its original packaging and new condition. All Sleepypod Mobile Pet Beds and Carriers are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Los Angeles, CA, via UPS ground shipping within the continental US. Sleepypod will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. All "In-Stock" orders are sent out within 1-2 business days, however, orders with one or more items that are not "In Stock" will not be shipped until all the items are "In Stock". Satisfaction Guarantee Every item we sell comes with Sleepypod's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item in new, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase for a refund (excluding all shipping charges). We will refund return shipping expenses only if the item was sent in error by us or if the item was damaged in shipping. Limited 1-Year WarrantyAll products made by Sleepypod carry a Limited 1-Year Warranty. All of Sleepypod products are manufactured under the highest standards and are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for 1 year from the date of purchase or as long as the original Purchaser owns the product (proof of purchase is required), whichever is shorter. This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, use during competition, animal attack, or negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials, seams or components which may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not cosmetic issues due to normal "wear and tear" of the product. If the product is found to be defective, Sleepypod's only obligation and the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product with the same or comparable product. Sleepypod shall have no liability or responsibility to the Purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product. Except for the express warranty stated above, Sleepypod makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied. Sleepypod reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications without prior notice. All returns must be sent to All Designer Pet Products at the Purchaser's expense. Any product we find to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at our option. If we receive a product that is not covered under this warranty, we will contact the sender and advise of appropriate repair charges. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
Shipping/Returns-Cat Furniture
Please note that all Cat Furniture items ship directly from our manufacturer in Indiana - via FedEx or UPS Ground - within the Continental US only. These items take 7-10 business days for processing, plus time in transit, and they will have different shipping costs which will be reflected during checkout. Please allow for extra delivery time when ordering these products, especially during the holiday season. All cat furniture items are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee if they can be returned to our inventory. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. Prior to returning an item, you must call 408-497-4897 or email us at returns@alldesignerpetproducts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot process any refunds without an RMA. Shipping/Returns-Dog & Cat Bowls, Treat Jars & Memorial UrnsPlease note that all Handpainted and Personalized Dog and Cat Bowls, Treat Jars and Memorial Urns ship directly from the artists in Texas and Laguna Beach - via USPS. These beautiful pet ceramics are produced by the artists within 7-12 business days. Your shipping time will then apply after your order has been produced, processed and completed, so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping Errors: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please call 408-497-4897 or email us at returns@alldesignerpetproducts.com. We will issue a USPS Call Tag to pick up the incorrect item(s) and replace the item as soon as we can. Damage Claims: All merchandise is packed carefully and correctly utilizing our detailed quality control check method before they leave the artists' studios. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. Claims for damaged shipments must be made within two working days of receipt. We will issue a USPS Call Tag to pick up the damaged item(s), file a claim and ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional charge. Additional Production time may be required. Personalized order Cancellation: Cancellation notice must be submitted either at 408-497-4897 or email us at returns@alldesignerpetproducts.com no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to our production team for processing, then we can cancel the order otherwise it is non-cancellable. We advise our customers to please make sure they identify the pieces that you wish to purchase before completing the transaction. Return Policy: Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed if the item is defective. Note: Since every Bowl, Treat Jar and Memorial Urn is hand-painted, no two pieces are exactly alike. There are always minor variations in color and design from piece to piece. These variations are the hallmark of hand-painted pottery. We would like to point out that the color in the photos may vary from computer to computer. Not all computer monitors are calibrated to the same standard, so the product you receive may vary slightly in color from the photo on your monitor. Color or piece variations will not be considered defective. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all cancellations, and returns deemed to be non-defective. We reserve the right to refuse your return based on our return policy. Return Policy:
The RMA number must be obtained by calling Customer Service at All Designer Pet Products at 1-407-497-4897 or via email at returns@alldesignerpetproducts.com. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Fees for damage and missing part(s) may apply. RMAs are valid for only 14 days from issuance. You are responsible for, and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Classy Custom's Order Processor. If you return Product to Classy Custom (i) without an RMA from Classy Custom, (ii) beyond the 14-day RMA issuance period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Classy Custom retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or deduct from any amounts owed to you or otherwise charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to eight weeks for All Designer Pet Products to credit your account. Your order is shipped from Houston, Texas via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. Orders of in stock items are shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday. If we can’t ship your product within 48 hours, we will email or call you to let you know the status.
If your parcel is returned to us as refused, unclaimed, unknown address, or insufficient address we will charge you shipping and handling fees plus a 30% restocking fee. So be sure and give us a good address! Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. So if you open the box and decide it is not what you wanted, please contact us immediately at 1-408-497-4897 or returns@alldesignerpetproducts.com for a return authorization number. Note that we cannot take returns of pet beds and blankets if they have been used at all due to health regulations. Returns of pet beds can only be accepted if the product is in new, unused condition. That means no pet hair, slobber, or paw prints on the products! So please carefully review the sizing and product details before placing your order. For returns the products must be packed in their original manufacturer’s packing, along with the invoice and the return authorization number marked on the invoice. Upon receipt of the return authorization number, we will advise you where to ship your product. Your feedback is important to us, so please tell us the reason for your return on the invoice. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable on returned products. We also suggest you insure your returns against damage or destruction in transit so you aren’t liable. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Items cannot be returned except for manufacturer’s defects. The bottom line is if you have an item you’ve opened, looked at and decided it won’t work for you, feel free to return it and we’ll credit you back for the item (less S&H charges). If, on the other hand, you use the product and it shows wear and use upon return, we will not be able to give a credit for it. But we will happily donate it to a canine rescue organization on your behalf. You won’t receive a credit, but you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping out dogs in need.
